Training

A full range of flight training is available, from Private through Advanced Aerobatics and Cross Country. Located on the south side of Phoenix, Arizona, Estrella Sailport is a private airport-no traffic hassles. We have an excellent 3000 ft. high ridge within two miles for ridge and wave flying and plenty of safe landing areas for cross-country work.

Arizona Soaring Inc. provides primary training for new pilots as well as transition training for airplane/helicopter pilots. Refresher training, for pilots that haven't flown for a while, and cross-country training are also available. We are the leaders in aerobatic training.

You will not find comparable facilities and equipment. Our air conditioned office and pilots' lounge makes your non-flying time comfortable. Our bunkhouse is available for those wishing to stay on the field. All of our aircrafts are hangared for their protection and yours!
